Today, Lassarat has 6 surface treatment shops throughout France, located nearby the major industrial centers: Le Havre, Seclin, Domazan, Lacq, Montoir de Bretagne and Cherbourg. This coverage of the national territory avoids most part of the issues regarding distance and transportation.

If required, our teams mobilize their mobile shops into the work sites.

Grit blasting

Every day our shops can deliver up to 500 m² of grit blasted surfaces. This technique allows for optimal cleaning and ruggedness.

Shotpeening

Our teams conduct glass micro beads shots onto surfaces in our shops. With this process, the surfaces regain their original brilliance: by flattening the asperities, the beads contribute to reinforce surface adherence.

Ultra High Pressure Blasting

Lassarat experience and know-how in this technique is recognized in France and abroad.

This procedure is generating most interest because it does not produce polluting dust, mitigates de level of waste and corresponding treatment costs, consumes limited amounts of water and it is not a source of sparks hazards..

Metallization

Pure zinc or a zinc-aluminum alloy metallization ensure an anti-corrosion protection over all sorts of steel or melting.

Immersion treatments

Plunged in our baths of acids and stripping products, stainless steel or asbestos pieces get rid of all traces of corrosion or varnish. Our premises are under the control of DREAL.

Industrial painting application

Lassarat takes advantage of all its about 70 years of expertise to furnish its shops with high performance technological solutions. Beyond, the dimension of our shops allows us to conduct painting and drying regardless of the pieces volume.

These applications are made using paint spray guns, brushes or paint rollers.
