Its over 60 years of experience place Lassarat in a leadership position to offer its clients the best preparation and painting operations. Endeavoring to be as close to the clients’ needs as possible, we dispatch our equipment to its working sites.
BlastingBeing essential, this stage consisting in the preparation of the surface, demands the most perfect skills in handling the tools and a deep awareness of the overall environment. Reinforced by its experience, Lassarat offers blasting means customized for the most varied surfaces in steel or concrete, considering the specific conditions presented by each site.
Scrap, brush and grind blasting.Depending on the surface conditions, elimination has to be conducted manually, utilizing manual mechanical means. These operations are performed in full compliance with ISO 8501-1 standards.
Blasting through abrasive projection / gritWith this blasting technique, a mix of steel grit is projected at high speed against surfaces. Recycled, this mix is re-utilized in blasting new surfaces. Besides the environmental issues, this technique allows for optimal cleaning and ruggedness.
Sponge-jet blastingFast, clean, safe and dust-free, sponge-jet blasting was conceived to be used as in the hardest of the surfaces as in the most delicate ones.
Soda BlastingThis procedure allows blasting not to deteriorate more sensible materials and surfaces such as thin wood or multi-century historical monuments stones.
Ultra High Pressure BlastingLassarat’s experience, pioneer and leader in the control of this technology that revolutionized blasting, is recognized in France and abroad.
The advantages for its application (water projections at 3 000 bars) is diversified: no polluting dust is produced, waste volumes are mitigated as well as the corresponding treatment costs, limited water consumption, no risk of sparkling allowing, henceforth, its application over equipment while producing.
To respond to harder and even hostile environments, Lassarat utilizes robots able to go through narrow passages and blast vertical surfaces with difficult access otherwise. Better yields are conjugated with enhanced working conditions.

Cryogenic blastingThis procedure, entirely dry, presents the advantages of an ecological technique once it does not use any chemical product revealing itself quite effective over a large scope of surfaces, particularly if they are hard or fragile.
Anti-corrosion coatingsThis is an historical specialty of Lassarat: the application of anti-corrosion industrial painting grants protection, worthiness and durability of art-work and industrial infrastructures.
Industrial paintingLassarat offers its clients over 70 years of experience to assure the best painting application conditions, regardless of type of surface or environment. These applications are made using paint spray guns, brushes or paint rollers.
SealingIn order to ensure the best retention proprieties, we apply sealing coatings over all types of surfaces. Procedures vary: stratification, geo-membrane, liquid (poliureno, polyurethane), double sealing with leak detection.
Special coatingsLassarat proposes customized oil coatings to particular surfaces such as the bottom of the vessels, retentions or sterile rooms. Either way, specific techniques are already applied in the repairing and reinforcement of concrete or in the coating of industrial or decorative floors.
Passive fire protectionHigh performance fireproof coatings are certified as passive fire protection systems. They delay concrete bursting and steel collapse.
MettallizationPure zinc or a zinc-aluminum alloy metallization ensure an anti-corrosion protection over all sorts of steel or melting.
